Thank you for your interest in the BaseOps Referral Program. We created this program to reward the people who believe in our mission and want to help others discover what we do. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how the program works and what you can expect. By submitting a referral or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms.

Our referral program is designed to thank individuals who introduce new customers to BaseOps in a genuine, transparent, and ethical way. We appreciate your support and want the process to be simple, fair, and rewarding.

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a U.S. resident
• Submit referrals only for people you personally know and who have given you permission
• Not be an employee, contractor, or agent of BaseOps unless explicitly permitted
• Not be prohibited from participating under applicable laws or regulations

We may request identity verification to ensure compliance and prevent fraud.

A “Qualified Referral” is a new customer who:

1. Is not already in our system
2. Has not previously contacted BaseOps or been contacted by us
3. Is submitted through our official referral form or process
4. Acknowledges the referrer at first contact if asked
5. Completes a qualifying purchase or contract within the referral window
6. Is not generated through spam, misleading claims, or automated systems

BaseOps retains sole discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies.

To keep the program fair and transparent, referrals are valid for 90 days from the date they are submitted. If the referred customer does not complete a qualifying purchase within that period, the referral expires.

When a Qualified Referral results in a completed purchase, the referrer will receive the reward listed on the Program page at the time the referral was submitted.

• Rewards are issued only after the referred customer’s payment clears
• Processing may take up to 30 days
• Rewards may be delivered via check, ACH, gift card, or another method chosen by BaseOps
• Rewards are non‑transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated

If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, we are required to collect a W‑9 and issue a 1099‑NEC. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed.

Because you may receive compensation for referrals, the Federal Trade Commission requires that you clearly disclose this when recommending BaseOps to others.

A simple disclosure works:

“I may receive a referral reward if you sign up.”

This protects both you and BaseOps.

To maintain the integrity of the program, participants may not:

• Submit referrals without the referred person’s permission
• Misrepresent BaseOps or its services
• Use spam, mass messaging, or misleading advertising
• Attempt to claim referrals for existing customers
• Use bots, automation, or fraudulent methods
• Offer incentives to the referred customer beyond what BaseOps provides
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, and removal from the program.

Participation in the program does not create an employment, contractor, representative, or agency relationship with BaseOps. You may not speak on our behalf or make commitments for us.

BaseOps may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice. Changes will not affect referrals submitted before the effective date of the change.

We reserve the right to deny or reverse rewards if we determine that the program has been misused.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BaseOps is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected referrals
• BaseOps is not liable for technical issues, system outages, or errors
• BaseOps is not responsible for disputes between referrers
• BaseOps’s total liability is limited to the value of the referral reward

You participate in the program at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Participants agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal action.

We respect your privacy and the privacy of those you refer. By participating, you consent to the processing of your information for the purpose of administering the program. We do not sell referral information.

By submitting a referral, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We appreciate your support and look forward to rewarding you for helping others discover BaseOps.
